What we offer

Roofing services, end to end

Full replacements, extensions and repairs — each job gets a clear specification so you know what’s included before we strip a slate or roll out a membrane.

Tiled roof installation

New & replacement roofs

Typical: 3–7 days Low indoor disruption From ~£3,000 (POA)

Whether your roof has reached the end of its life or you’re extending, we specify a covering that matches the building, exposure and ventilation path. We strip in controlled lifts, protect the structure from weather during works, and install underlay, battens and coverings to manufacturer guidance.

Where we expose the deck we assess timbers and upgrade ventilation where regulations require — so you’re not left with a new surface on failing structure.

  • Survey and photographs — you see what we’ve found before you commit.
  • Written quote with line-by-line specification — no vague “TBC” items.
  • Installation planned around access, waste and your neighbours.
Slate roof detail

Tile & slate pitched roofing

Typical: 2–5 days Low indoor disruption From ~£1,800 (POA)

Concrete and clay tiles, natural and synthetic slates — we work with leading brands and match existing profiles when you’re tying in an extension or localised repair. Underlay, fixings and batten centres are specified for your pitch and exposure.

Valleys, ridges and verges use dry-fix or mortar systems as appropriate; ventilation paths are designed in, not bolted on afterwards — critical for condensation control and warranty compliance.

Flat rubber roof

Flat & low-pitch roofing

Typical: 1–3 days Some indoor access may be needed From ~£800 (POA)

High-performance felt systems, EPDM rubber and GRP fibreglass — for extensions, dormers, garages and flat commercial roofs. We design falls, edge trims and outlets so water moves to drainage instead of ponding against upstands.

On rooms below a flat roof we consider insulation build-up and condensation risk before specifying — especially where the ceiling is a habitable space.

Roof repair work

Roof repairs & storm damage

Typical: Half–1 day Same-day emergency response From ~£150 (POA)

Slipped slates, leaking valleys, failed flashing and storm damage — we prioritise making safe, then diagnose properly. A quick seal might stop a drip short-term; we’ll tell you when the underlying detail needs renewal so you’re not paying twice.

We note what failed and why — useful for insurance and for deciding between repair now versus budgeting for replacement. Urgent ingress: 0800 358 2547 (24/7).

Lead flashing

Leadwork & chimneys

Typical: 1–2 days Minimal indoor disruption From ~£400 (POA)

Code-compliant lead flashings, soakers, back gutters and stepped flashings — cut and dressed so thermal movement doesn’t split joints prematurely. We repoint stacks and repair brickwork where mortar failure lets water into the stack.

Lead integrates with tiles, slates or flat finishes so the whole junction performs — not just the visible apron.

Guttering installation

Fascias, soffits & guttering

Typical: 1–2 days No indoor access needed From ~£600 (POA)

uPVC and timber fascias, vented or solid soffits, and gutter profiles sized for catchment area and downpipe capacity — so heavy rain doesn’t overflow behind bargeboards.

Replacing rotten timber fascias with sound boards and trays protects rafter feet and gives a crisp roofline that needs minimal upkeep.

Roof cleaning

Cleaning & protective coatings

Typical: 1 day No indoor access needed From ~£300 (POA)

Where the covering is structurally sound, we can reduce moss loading and apply breathable treatments to extend service life — never as a substitute for failed underlay or perished fixings.

If the roof is beyond economic repair, we’ll say so and quote renewal instead of selling a cosmetic fix.
