Moisture intelligence

Dry Roof Pro 2

Dry Roof Pro 2 helps us read moisture behaviour through roof build-ups, so we can separate cosmetic staining from active water movement.

Supports tracing damp routes through insulation, deck layers and voids where water does not travel in a straight line.
Pairs well with thermal imaging to cross-check “wet” signatures against temperature patterns.
Helps us decide whether a repair can be localised, phased, or needs a wider strip-back for safety and warranty logic.

Ridge Breach

The ridge line is losing weather resistance, opening a top-entry route into the roof build-up.

Repair logic: Strip back the ridge zone, rebuild the weathering detail, and verify closure with a post-repair inspection pass.

Valley Ingress

Water is collecting at the valley intersection and tracking into the internal rafter zone below.

Tool used: Buckleys BLD5370 moisture meter
Repair logic: Open the valley detail, reform the drainage path, and replace saturated support materials before sealing the intersection.

Abutment Failure

The lead edge at the abutment is opening up, creating a lateral ingress path under driven rain.

Tool used: HV electronic leak detection probe
Repair logic: Replace the abutment lead detail, reset the chase interface, and confirm the edge is fault-free with probe testing.

Honest limits

We will tell you when a test is not the right next step.

Thermal imaging interprets surface temperature, not moisture directly. It is strongest when combined with moisture mapping and context.
ELD is not suitable for every roof type or condition. Contamination, certain overlays and wet substrates can change what is safe and conclusive.
No tool replaces competent roofing judgement. Our value is sequencing tests, recording evidence, and translating it into a repair plan you can trust.

PCB sensor leak detection platform.

Our experimental sensor package and control-board concept is being held back from the main service offer while it is refined. When ready, it will support longer-term monitoring and clearer environmental data capture for selected roof systems.
